After several years of corporate work, I changed
life direction and enrolled in the Brenneke School
of Massage in Seattle, WA. Upon completing the
Professional Licensing Program in 2000, I
established Avalon Massage and began my
practice.
Using Swedish Massage as a base, I integrate
aspects of Deep Tissue, Sports, Acupressure and
Stretching into the overall massage to customize
the session for each client. Putting you at ease,
discussing your goals and expectations, and
working together to achieve health, fitness and
relaxation, define a successful session.
As a runner/hiker, as well as a sponsor of the
Cucina Fresca Cycling Team, I understand the
demands of an active lifestyle. My personal
